Back a few weeks ago I told you guys about the Kidtoons movies that you can catch on Saturdays as a matinee for really cheap as some theaters. Well if you remember I took my son and we saw Babar for like nothing and we had a great time. Well during the previews they had a "Stila Wake Up Your Makeup Promotion" which caught my attention. So you guys know me, that means that I contacted Kidtoons to see what it was all about. Well I was giving the most awesome Stila Convertible Color Compact to test out.
The compact is a two in one deal blush and lipstick, and I guess if you wanted to you could use it as an eyeshadow as well. I did use it as a shadow base to help my shadow last longer. (I know they make bases, but who wants to pay for one more thing in there makeup bag that will not get much use).
I will say at first I was very skeptical as I do not wear much on the side of blush and lately with all that we have had going on there at the Queen's house I have only been wearing mascara and lipgloss, just so that I do not look like the walking dead. I figured hey, I have always wanted to test out Stila, and what a better way!! It went on very smoothly and had such a creamy texture! I loved that it was small enough to toss in my bag and take with me too, it allows you to touch up and still not have a whole bag of stuff to do that with. I would for sure like to check out s few different shades as there are certain times of the year where this one would be a little too dark on me. I wore just a tiny bit in these quick out of no where pictures. I was having my little man's pictures made and ended up in a few of them, and I did not have mascara and all that to touch up, but I did have my little Stila compact!! I would very much recommend this product to all on the go Moms, which if you are a Mom then that is you!
